(SPEEDWAY, Ind.) February 23, 2015 – CFH Racing announced today that CENTURY 21® Real Estate will join the team for the two Verizon IndyCar Series events scheduled to take place at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The iconic brand and franchisor will be the primary sponsor of Josef Newgarden at the Angie’s List Grand Prix of Indianapolis and the 99th Running of the Indianapolis 500. Additionally, CFH Racing will change Newgarden’s entry from the traditional No. 67 to the No. 21, the real estate brand’s signature number.

With approximately 6,900 independent offices worldwide, CENTURY 21 has the largest global network in the residential real estate industry. While CENTURY 21 agents are known for doing everything they can to help their clients find their dream home, CFH Racing will work to fulfill the dream of needing to find a home for the ‘Baby’ Borg Warner, the trophy given to the winner of the Indianapolis 500. Newgarden will be making his fourth start in the world’s largest annual single-day sporting event; 2015 marks the second running of the Angie’s List Grand Prix of Indianapolis.

Team co-owner Sarah Fisher stated, “Century 21 has been a great partner of ours in the past and being able to expand that program in 2015 is part of the momentous news we were excited to release at the start of our season. I am genuinely excited to bring them back to Indianapolis and beyond.”

The black and gold livery that Newgarden will race was unveiled last night at the opening session of the CENTURY 21 Global Conference in Washington, D.C. The car will look familiar as CENTURY 21 sponsored Newgarden’s entry in the 2013 Indianapolis 500, a year when the Nashville, Tenn. native was the fastest driver for his engine manufacturer on four of seven practice days. The 24-year-old’s speed continued to show at the two-and-a-half mile oval in 2014 where he qualified for the Fast Nine Shootout and started the race from the eighth position.

“I am very honored to be piloting the Century 21 car in the Indianapolis 500 this year!” Newgarden said. “It was fantastic to work with their team in 2013 and we are looking forward to being with them again, starting at the Grand Prix of Indianapolis this May. The 21 car will once again be a fan favorite and is certainly one of mine. We are ready to have a great finish for everyone at Century 21!”

CENTURY 21 will also return for the season-ending event at Sonoma Raceway. The company will serve as an associate sponsor on Newgarden’s car.

Wink Hartman, co-owner of CFH Racing, also expressed his excitement over the return of CENTURY 21. “It is great to have Century 21 joining CFH Racing with Josef and it will be nice to see old friends again!” Hartman said. “CFH will strive to perform as well on the track as Century 21 does for each of their real estate clients. I know together we will have a successful month of May.”

On-track activity at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway will kick off on May 3 for Opening Day with the debut of the oval configuration aero kits. The Angie’s List Grand Prix of Indianapolis will take place on Saturday, May 9 at 3:30 p.m. ET. The Indianapolis 500 will follow at the end of the month at noon ET on Sunday, May 24. Both events will be broadcast live on ABC.
