CONOR DALY, No. 20 BitNile Chevrolet: “Today was a good start. Our car is fast, it felt great in traffic, and I see no reason to be upset about today at all. I’m very happy with it and we’ll see what happens the rest of the week.”
RINUS VEEKAY, No. 21 Bitcoin Racing Team Powered by BitNile Chevrolet: “I feel really comfortable in the car, able to follow really closely in traffic, and it was just a good day. Spirits are up on the 21 stand, and everyone’s very excited to keep improving!”
ED CARPENTER, No. 33 Alzamend Neuro Chevrolet: “I was pretty happy starting out, but we had a little bit of a gremlin the first part of the afternoon that kind of set us back. Once we got that sorted out, we finished strong. It wasn’t a perfect day, but all things considered, I think we’re in a pretty good spot. I feel pretty happy and comfortable with the car. I don’t really have a great feel for where the speed is yet, from us, or others for that matter, so we’ll just see what the weather does over the next couple of days and see how much running we get in.”
